A Cup Of Tea – A Poem By Ahmad Ali Karim A cup of tea, With lots of sugar, Just for me, And my big sister. I drank my share, And my sister drank the rest, She stood up from her chair, And said, “This is the best”. She made another cup full, Of the sweet, tasty tea, But only with one rule, Three quarters is for me. So I asked my sister, “Why not divide it into half?” And this is her answer, “Because I must feed the calf” Share this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Like this:Like Loading...
