KENYATAAN MEDIA:

Saya agak pelik dengan permohonan pengampunan keatas Banduan bernama Anwar Ibrahim oleh isterinya Wan Azizah.

Pelik kerana Wan Azizah sendiri tidak hadir memberi keterangan didalam perbicaraan bagi Banduan sebagai saksi alibi. Kalau di Mahkamah pun dia tidak membantu Banduan, mengapa kini dia pula yang sibuk mohon pengampunan bagi Banduan?

Adakah permohonan keampunan yang dikemukakan ini bermakna Wan Azizah mengakui & menerima sabitan kesalahan meliwat terhadap Banduan?

Bagi saya, permohonan Wan Azizah ini wajib ditolak atas alasan:

1. Permohonan pengampunan keatas Banduan bernama Anwar Ibrahim oleh isterinya Wan Azizah wajib ditolak kerana ianya dibuat tanpa persetujuan dan/ atau pengetahun Banduan sendiri.

Ini kerana Banduan konsisten dgn pendirian tidak mahu membuat permohonan pengampunan!

Adakah Wan Azizah membuat permohonan ini tanpa pengetahuan atau persetujuan Banduan? Kalau benar Wan Azizah membuat permohonan pengampunan ini tanpa pengetahuan atau persetujuan Banduan, ini adalah satu penghinaan terhadap pendirian Banduan tersebut!

1. Asas kepada sebarang permohonan pengampunan ialah pengakuan salah kpd kesalahan yang disabit, penyesalan atas perlakuan kesalahan itu dan akujanji tidak akan mengulanginya lagi;

2. Elemen2 ini tidak ada dalam permohonan Wan Azizah maka ianya wajib ditolak;

3. Sebaliknya Wan Azizah cuba memperkaldaikan institusi pengampunan DiRaja dengan menjadikan alasan “kehakiman tidak telus” sebagai alasan pengampunan. Ini satu penghinaan keatas institusi pengampunan dan wajib ditolak dan dikenakan tindakan sewajarnya!

4. Permohonan ini juga suatu penghinaan kepada institusi kehakiman yang dilantik dan bernaung dibawah YDP Agong kerana menjadikan alasan “kehakiman tidak telus” sebagai alasan permohonan pengampunan;

5. Kebiasaanya hanya mereka yang dijatuhkan hukuman mati atau penjara sepanjang hayat akan memohon pengampunan bagi tujuan pengurangan hukuman. Bagi seorang yang disabitkan kesalahan meliwat dan dijatuhkan hukuman penjara 5 tahun adalah sesuatu yang agak “luar biasa” untuk memohon pengampunan atas hukuman, apatah lagi bagi Banduan ini yg selalu melalak slogan “Lawan Tetap Lawan”. Adakah keluarga membuat permohonan pengampunan kerana Banduan dikatakan tidak mampu melawan nyamuk didalam penjara spt yang diadukan oleh isterinya Wan Azizah?

Pada saya, adalah lebih baik dan afdhal bagi Banduan memohon keampunan daripada Allah setelah dia memohon maaf secara terbuka & peribadi kepada Saiful Bukhari Azlan!

Felda wins defamation suit against Wan Azizah, two others

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) and its investment company have won a defamation suit against PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and two others.

High Court Judicial Commissioner Kamaludin Md Said held that Felda as a statutory body had the right to sue the parties under Section 15 (1) of the Land Development Act 1956.

“There is a statutory provision for the plaintiff (Felda) on the right to sue. Therefore, Felda can institute the civil proceedings (against the defendants). It can sue to protect its reputation,” he said after dismissing the preliminary issue raised in the matter.

Judicial Commissioner Kamaludin said Felda is entitled to enter judgment on liability in the civil dispute.

“Only Parliament, and not the court, can take away those rights (to sue),” he said.

JC Kamaludin ordered a senior assistant registrar to assess costs as well as aggravated and exemplary damages to be awarded to the plaintiffs for libel and malicious falsehood.

JC Kamaludin also granted an injunction to restrain the defendants from repeating the defamatory words.

“Apology is not allowed,” he added.

The defendants’ lead counsel Francis Pereira said that his clients had on Sept 30 admitted liability in respect of two defamatory articles.

Felda was represented by lead counsel Datuk Firoz Hussein Ahmad Jamaluddin and lawyer Cheng Mai.

Felda had on Aug 16, 2010 sued Dr Wan Azizah, her then deputy Dr Syed Husin Ali and four others for RM200mil over claims that the statutory body was bankrupt.

In the defamation claim, the plaintiffs – Felda and its investment company Felda Global Ventures Holdings Sdn Bhd – sued six defendants for false allegations over the process of buying the Felda building.

Suara Keadilan publisher Pelita Koridor Sdn Bhd, its printer Percetakan NPK Sdn Bhd, its editor Dzulkarnain Taib and its writer Rusnizam Mahat are the other four defendants.

On Oct 26, 2010 Felda obtained judgment-in-default-of-appearance in the suit against Suara Keadilan’s publisher and printer.

Dzulkarnain had on Sept 30 had apologised to Felda and undertake to refrain from making any further allegations.

Felda has contended that it sued PKR as the party is responsible for the publication of the monthly newspaper Suara Keadilan which carried the two allegedly defamatory articles in its June 22-29, 2010 edition.

TMI Suruh Khalid Derhaka Kepada Sultan?

Above is an article by The Malaysian Insider (TMI):

It wrote:

“All signs point to the fact that Khalid has lost his job. That he should go. He should inform the state ruler of that immediately and not wait to seek an audience. Why should Selangor suffer a week or two more with a menteri besar in name but without any support?” – TMI

So, is TMI pushing Tan Sri Khalid to quit immediately without a royal audience?

Apart from that, TMI also wrote:

“But why wait for the sultan to decide his fate? Why hide with palace protocol?” – TMI

Is TMI trying to accused Tan Sri Khalid as being power crazy and forcing Tan Sri Khalid to go against the Sultan’s orders?

Selangor MB, Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim had tried to seek an audience with the Sultan who is overseas at the moment to inform the Sultan about what is happening and to seek for the Sultan’s advice.

But the Sultan of Selangor told Khalid to wait until he comes back, and that is why Tan Sri Khalid is still the MB of Selangor; because the Sultan says so.

What ever Tan Sri Khalid wants to do next, he must first seek an audience with the Sultan.

He obeys the Sultan’s orders and is not trying to force the Sultan like what Anwar Ibrahim, his gang and some of TMI’s commentators are doing – forcing the Sultan of Selangor to accept Wan Azizah only because Anwar wants his wife to be the MB.

Remember that Tan Sri Khalid gave his pledge on 10 Aku Janji or undertakings and he is keeping his words.

After all these jokes started by Anwar’s Kajang Move, I now admire and respect Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.

PAS’s U-Turn: Is It Just A Trick?

So, PAS has got the information from the palace that Wan Azizah might not be accepted by the Sultan of Selangor to become the Selangor Menteri Besar?

Malaysiakini wrote that PAS’s Khalid Samad said:

“Sebenarnya PAS mencadangkan Azmin kerana kita dapat maklum dari pihak istana kemungkinan istana tak sanggup terima Wan Azizah. Atas dasar itu kita cadangkan nama Azmin sekali.”

“Sebab utama kerana kita dapat maklumat dari istana. Itu sebab utama. Tapi kita tengoklah. Sebahagian ahli PAS kata cuba dulu. Kalau sultan tolak, biarlah sultan tolak. Maknanya, bukan kita (PAS) yang tolak, tapi sultan.”

With this statement, it proves that PAS knows that Wan Azizah might not be accepted by the Sultan.

So did Haji Hadi agree to nominate Wan Azizah as the MB because he knows that the Sultan will not accept her?

If the answer is “yes”, it means that Haji Hadi is smarter than Anwar Ibrahim because agreeing to what Anwar wanted is just like a trick by Haji Hadi.

But if PAS received the information about how the place feels about Wan Azizah, it is almost impossible for Anwar to not be informed about it.

Surely Mat Sabu or Khalid Samad or other Anwaris must had told Anwar about it.

So, why must PKR and DAP keep insisting that Wan Azizah is the one and only candidate for the MB post?

Do PKR and DAP think that they are more powerful than the Sultan of Selangor and are trying to force the Sultan of Selangor to accept Wan Azizah?

PAS Rasmi Sokong W. Azizah; Apa Tindakan Khalid?

Today PAS announces its official decision to support Wan Azizah as the MB of Selangor, after its president, Haji Hadi Awang and Majlis Syura Ulama PAS earlier announcement that they do not want Wan Azizah to be the MB.

So now it proves that PAS’s Anwaris group is more powerful than the Majlis Syura Ulama PAS; which means that Anwar Ibrahim is more powerful than Haji Hadi Awang within the PAS leaders.

May be PAS leaders should elect Anwar Ibrahim as the president of PAS.

Anyway, the Selangor MB crisis is not yet over for only the Sultan of Selangor has the right to give the final say to what will happen next.

And meanwhile, the Sultan says that Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim will remain the MB until the Sultan’s next announcement.

It is weird when the president’s statement on party matters is only regarded as a personal statement and no longer respected by the party leaders; and the party takes orders from leaders of other parties.

Anyway, I wonder why does PAS wants Azmin as the second candidate and what will Anwar say about it when Anwar only wants his wife as the only candidate?

Majlis Syura Ulama Lawan Anwaris; Siapa Lebih Kuat?

Today PAS will make its official decision regarding the Selangor MB crisis.

It will be a war between the supporters of Majlis Syura Ulama PAS who support Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim and the PAS’s Anwaris who support Anwar Ibrahim’s wife, Wan Azizah.

Who will win?

Today’s result will show us if PAS’s president is still the most powerful person in PAS or if Anwar Ibrahim is the real boss of PAS.

Is Wan Azizah Actually A He?

Wan Azizah, in her press statement said that Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim must step down from his MB post because she is now voted by the majority of the ADUNs of Selangor as the MB of Selangor.

But Wan Azizah must not forget that in order to become the MB of Selangor, the candidate must be accepted by the Sultan of Selangor and not only by the ADUNs of Selangor.

The Constitution of Selangor says that His Highness has the right to reject any MB candidate that His Highness thinks is not fit to become the MB.

I think that it is very rude for the unregistered Pakatan leaders to make all kind of statements to force His Highness to accept Wan Azizah as the MB.

And according to the Constitution of Selangor, the MB should be a “he”.

And well, obviously Wan Azizah is a she and not a he; or do the ADUNs supporting Wan Azizah think that Wan Azizah is actually a he?

And they must also remember that Wan Azizah was born in Singapore and not in Selangor.
