The Sun

The Sun is one of the most important things for living things.

The gravity of the Sun is so strong that the sun can hold the planets in place.

The Sun is actually a small star and in fact it is smaller than normal stars.

Anyway we see the Sun bigger than stars because it is closer to our planet Earth.

Sometimes we cannot see the Sun or we can see only part of the Sun.

This rare phenomenon is called solar eclipse.

The below image shows how a solar eclipse happens …

This is how an eclipse happen. Click the picture for the news…

The ring is called corona.

DANGER NOTE: NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN EVEN THOUGH YOU USE A TELESCOPE OR A BINOCULARS. THE STRONG LIGHT WILL HURT YOUR EYES EVEN YOU DON’T FEEL IT!

Light In The Night

Light In The Night

We are searching for a light,

In the night,

But somebody saw a star,

From the car.

Last Saturday night we had dinner at ‘Ayam Penyet’ Restaurant in Wangsa Walk with Aunty Selina.

On the way home we were looking at the full moon.

Suddenly I got an idea to write this poem 🙂

I told Uncle Awang Goneng about this when he came for tea at my house 😉

A Smiling Face In The Sky

Last night I saw a sweet smiling face in the sky.

It was very beautiful.smiley-in-the-sky2

The eyes were made up of two planets.

They were Planet Jupiter and Planet Venus.

The mouth was the crescent.

But there was no nose.

It was smiling at me.

It looked like my drawing when I was little.

But in my drawing the eyes were stars.
