Sebuah Lagi Parti Baharu? – Satu Analisa

Adakah kita bakal mendengar berita sebuah parti politik baharu di Tanah Air tercinta ini?

Pergerakkan politik Malaysia sejak akhir-akhir ini amat menarik untuk diperhatikan. Ianya dilihat boleh mengubah situasi dan iklim politik Malaysia dengan drastik menjelang tahun 2020. Saya melihat tindakan-tindakan seperti perletakkan jawatan bekas Ahli Parlimen Port Dickson, perletakan jawatan parti dan kerajaan oleh Nurul Izzah Anwar, tindakan melompat parti oleh wakil-wakil rakyat, kenyataan dan kritikan ahli-ahli politik kerajaan terhadap kepimpinan kerajaan dan parti komponen mereka dan lain-lain bukanlah sesuatu yang biasa atau normal dan tidak bersebab.

Begitu juga pelbagai kenyataan dan tindakan ‘trio’ Khairy Jamaluddin (KJ), Nurul Izzah dan Rafizi Ramli yang akhirnya memaparkan perjumpaan dan ‘lunch date’ mereka kepada umum. Akibatnya, pelbagai spekulasi telah timbul, di antaranya ialah mereka bakal menubuhkan sebuah parti politik untuk orang-orang muda. Namun kebenarannya hanya di tangan mereka.

Sejak UMNO masih berkuasa, ramai pemerhati politik mengulas tentang sikap dan idea KJ yang lebih cenderung ke arah ideologi PKR berbanding UMNO. Kenyataan Nurul Izzah akhir-akhir ini pula dikatakan menggambarkan beliau kurang senang dengan suasana politik semasa; begitu juga kenyataan Rafizi, terkini tentang populariti Tun Dr. Mahathir dan harga minyak yang menimbulkan pelbagai persoalan dan andaian.

Memandangkan ‘trio’ ini sering digambarkan sebagai ikon orang muda dan sangat popular di media sosial, ada yang meramalkan bahawa jika benar mereka mahu membentuk parti baharu, parti ini akan menyasarkan undi orang muda; iaitu kelompok terbesar daripada pecahan pengundi-pengundi berdaftar di Malaysia. Malah ada yang mengatakan anak muda sudah muak dengan keadaan politik semasa dan mahukan negara dipimpin oleh golongan muda yang progresif dan lebih memahami kehendak mereka.

Pada dasarnya, jika spekulasi ini menjadi kenyataan, pengalaman dan kepakaran Rafizi contohnya dalam menerajui INVOKE akan di gembelingkan bersama pengaruh besar KJ dan Nurul Izzah untuk mendapatkan pengaruh di kalangan pengundi. Persoalan seterusnya, apakah dasar perjuangan yang akan mereka laungkan nanti? Berdasarkan kepada cara dan hala tuju ‘trio’ ini, kita boleh meneka mereka lebih cenderung kepada ideologi PKR yang lebih liberal berbanding dengan ideologi UMNO yang lebih konservatif. Ini adalah berdasarkan kenyataan dan tindakan KJ selama ini, termasuklah hasratnya untuk membuka keahlian UMNO kepada semua kaum.

Namun sukar untuk kita meramalkan dengan tepat sesuatu perkara yang belum terjadi. Sesuatu yang nampaknya berpotensi tinggi belum tentu akan memberi keuntungan seperti yang diharapkan. Ataupun apakah ini sebahagian daripada percaturan politik di kalangan mereka yang lebih berkuasa? Realitinya, agak sukar untuk sebuah parti politik membentuk kerajaan tanpa perlu bergabung dengan parti lain di Malaysia; apatah lagi sebuah parti yang baharu ditubuhkan.

Jika perkara ini benar-benar terjadi, sebuah lagi parti baharu yang dipimpin oleh orang Melayu akan wujud dan akan menambahkan lagi jumlah parti-parti politik yang akan menyasarkan undi daripada orang Melayu. Akibatnya, bertambah parahlah perpecahan di kalangan orang Melayu.

Kenapa Nurul Izzah Letak Jawatan?

(Utusan Online) KUALA LUMPUR 17 Dis. – Ahli Parlimen Permatang Pauh, Nurul Izzah Anwar meletakkan jawatannya sebagai Naib Presiden PKR dan Pengerusi Pimpinan Negeri PKR Pulau Pinang hari ini.

Memetik laporan portal Malaysiakini, beliau berkata, keputusan tersebut sepatutnya dibuat lebih awal namun mengakui ia sesuatu yang sukar buat dirinya.

“Satu-satunya kekesalan saya ialah pengumuman ini sepatutnya dibuat lebih awal, tetapi ia bukan mudah.

“Perkembangan politik berlaku dengan pantas sejak sembilan bulan terakhir ini dengan pemilihan parti menyusul selepas kempen pilihan raya umum yang melelahkan,” katanya seperti dipetik portal tersebut. 

Nurul Izzah, Tian Chua dilarang masuk Sabah

KOTA KINABALU 26 Nov. – Sidang Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Sabah hari ini meluluskan usul untuk menghalang dua pemimpin pembangkang, Nurul Izzah Anwar dan Tian Chua daripada memasuki negeri ini.
Keputusan yang diumumkan oleh Timbalan Yang Dipertua DUN, Datuk Johnson Tee itu diambil kira daripada undian yang dilakukan di dalam dewan.
Seramai 47 orang Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) menyokong perkara tersebut manakala tiga lagi ADUN berkecuali. – UTUSAN ONLINE

Tahniah kepada 47 orang ADUN Sabah yang telah mempertahankan maruah negeri Sabah dan negara kita.

The New Straits Time reported that:

PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar has sued Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar and cabinet minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob over allegations of treason linked to her meeting with self-styled Sulu princess Jacel Kiram.

Nurul Izzah is seeking general and aggravated damages, an injunction to restrain the defendants from further repeating the allegation, interest, cost, and any other relief deemed fit by the court.

Above is the seditious statement towards the Judicial Institution made by Nurul Izzah Anwar in Parliament on March 10, 2015.

Using Clause 2 of Article 63 of the Federal Constitution, the opposition leaders defended her by claiming that Members of Parliament (MP) can say whatever they want in the Parliament; and starting to create stories so that actions will be taken to others who are against them.

In fact they even accused the Inspector General of Police for “blatant abuse of power”.

The Malaysian Insider reported Nurul Izzah as saying:

“I think it is quite clear. My arrest is a blatant abuse of power by the IGP, and I hold the prime minister responsible for allowing transgressions against parliamentarians. I have immunity granted to me… on the issues raised in Parliament,” the Lembah Pantai MP said after being released at 12.30pm at the Dang Wangi police headquarters today. – TMI

According to lawyer Dato’ Zulkifli Noordin there is no total immunity for the MPs in parliament because the MPs are also binded by the Article 63 (4) of the Federal Constitution which says:

Clause (2) shall not apply to any person charged with an
offence under the law passed by Parliament under Clause (4) of
Article 10 or with an offence under the Sedition Act 1948 [Act
15] as amended by the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance
No. 45, 1970 [P.U. (A) 282/1970].

Article 3(a) and 3(c) of the Sedition Act says:

A “seditious tendency” is a tendency—

(a) to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection
against any Ruler or against any Government;

(c) to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection
against the administration of justice in Malaysia or in
any State;

In fact in the case of Datuk Mark Koding -v- Pendakwaraya [1982] 2 MLJ 120 FC, Datuk Mark Koding was found guilty under the Sedition Act for his speech which was made in the Parliament.

Total freedom to say anything they want and to accuse anybody they wish to, no matter if they are lying or will create disharmony in the country?

Now it is very clear why the opposition parties want the Sedition Act to be abolished.

I’m very thankful that the government of Malaysia is wise enough to keep the Sedition Act to protect peace and harmony in our country from spiteful people with personal, self-interest agendas.

Nightly Vigils For Anwar?

In the above article, PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail who is also the wife of Anwar Ibrahim announced that PKR will be holding nightly solidarity vigils outside the Sungai Buloh prison in response to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy conviction yesterday and “urged all Malaysians to join in the vigil every night beginning tomorrow for as long as possible.”

“We encourage the public to join solidarity gatherings, or vigils, outside the Sungai Buloh Prison each day, starting tomorrow night.” – Wan Azizah, TMI (February 10, 2015)

I guess she wants to:

1. Get the attention of the western powers such as the United States, United Kingdom, the United Nations and others so that they will force the Malaysian government to release Anwar from the prison.

2. To attract more supporters who will then do crazy things like demonstrations against the government.

It is Wan Azizah’s rights to camp outside the Sungai Buloh Prison each day until Anwar Ibrahim is freed but is it fair for her to make others do the same just to free Anwar from jail?

Wan Azizah is actually using PKR supporters to show the world that Anwar Ibrahim has lots of supporters and she does not care that she is wasting the people’s time and money for her own good.

I think it is very selfish because some of them might lose their jobs or having trouble with their studies because of getting carried away with all these useless activities.

By the way, I wonder if Wan Azizah will be camping outside the Sungai Buloh Prison each day, starting tomorrow night for the next 5 years or will she and her family members be resting at home while their supporters do the dirty works?

It will be okay for Wan Azizah, Nurul Izzah and other opposition leaders to camp outside the prison because as MPs and assemblymen they do not have strict office hours like most people and their bosses won’t fire them for being late or not doing their jobs well.

So, let PKR, DAP and some PAS leaders camp outside the prison; it’s interesting to see how long Wan Azizah and Nurul Izzah will be camping and who are the other leaders who’ll be camping for Anwar Ibrahim with them.

I only hope that there will be no candle light Virgil because it is against the teaching of Islam. 

Nurul Izzah Sokong ‘I Want To Touch A Dog’, Apa Kata PAS?

‘I want to touch a dog’ was held at Central Park in Bandar Utama, Selangor yesterday.

The program that was organised by a Muslim is like promoting Muslims to touch a dog as touching a pet.

I was so surprised when I read about the program and especially looking at the photos of the excited and proud faces of those people when they stroked and hugged the dogs.

Have they forgotten that it is forbidden for a Muslim to touch a dog just for fun and without a proper reason?

I do not hate dogs but I wonder why must a Muslim choose something which is forbidden for them when they have lots of other choices?

I do not understand how could Muslims attended the program.

And on top of that, MP of Lembah Pantai who is a Muslim supports the program and wishes to be able to attend the program.

Is the YB trying to promote Liberalism in Islam as she did in her speech at the Subang Jaya Full Gospel Church? (Read: Nurul Izzah’s Full Speech Video At Subang Jaya Full Gospel Church)

I wonder what will PAS’s president and leaders like Datuk Harun Din say about her comment?

If this came from an UMNO leader, the leader might has been labelled as ‘kafir’.

Is this the kind of person whom Muslims want as our leader?

Since The Malaysia Insider wrote that 50,000 people attended the rally, we can be sure that it was an opposition friendly rally, if not, the number will be only 5,000 or may be 500…

A Wall Street Journal article wrote: 

“In the interview, Mr. Anwar also clarified his position on homosexual rights and Malaysia’s sodomy laws, and also the Muslim-majority nation’s relationship with Israel.

“I support all efforts to protect the security of the state of Israel,” said Mr. Anwar, although he stopped short of saying he would open diplomatic ties with the Jewish state, a step which he said remains contingent on Israel respecting the aspirations of Palestinians. Malaysia has consistently refrained from establishing diplomatic relations with Israel, although limited commercial ties exist between private companies in the two countries.” (Wall Street Journal)

Please do not use Gaza for political gains as some non-Muslim politicians using suraus and mosques for that reasons.

Anwar’s politician daughter and good friend, PKR’s politician Tian Chua are trying to show people that they “support” Gaza by going to Dataran Merdeka.

Actually, both of them totally support Anwar’s ideas.

So, I wonder if both of them even support Gaza, especially Tian Chua.

And I wonder if they only went there for political gain since they snapped ‘happy photos’ of themselves as if it was a happy gathering.

Yesterday morning, we drove around Kajang to see what’s happening on the election day of the N25 Kajang seat.

We shouted words of support to the BN teams of supporters whenever we saw them waving BN flags by the roadside.

It was fun, we put on the BN T-shirts that were given to us as we drove and somebody gave us a BN flag that my sister waved from inside the car.

As my father drove slowly and we were shouting, “Hidup BN” to the BN team, a BN supporter threw me a BN t-shirt from across the street to my car window and they shouted happily when I managed catch it.

We even got a BN umbrella, BN caps and even three kangkungs and shouted of foul words from the PKR supporters!

PKR members bring kangkung everywhere, I guess PKR members love kangkung so much that they can’t live without it.

I was very excited to see the BN’s candidate, Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun talking to BN team by the roadside.

She and the BN team waved at us excitedly when they heard us shouting, “Hidup BN!” and waving the BN flag from our car.

Sadly, we did not stop so that my sisters and I can’t take a photo with her.

By the way, we passed Nurul Izzah as she walked to meet the PKR team wearing a summer hat.

Though my father can’t vote for he is not a Kajang resident, but it’s fun giving support to the BN teams who worked very hard under the blazing sun.

But at the end of the day, it is very sad to see that the people of Kajang are supporting nepotism that is freely practised by PKR and its allies, PAS and DAP.

Ngeh Tweeted, “Malays Has Freedom To Choose Religion”

Today I was shown an article from ‘Apa Kecoh-Kecoh’ that made me very sad and angry.

I really wonder why Ngeh Koo Ham likes to provoke the Malays and Islam?

What Ngeh said is wrong because the above statement is against Islam and also Article 11 (1) is subjected to Article 11 (4).

Or is it true that PR is trying to abrogate Article 11 (4) as written by Suara Pakatan Rakyat?

Article 11 (1) says that every person has the right to profess and practice his own religion but subjected to clause 4 of the Article which says state law and, in respect of the Federal Territories, federal law may control or restrict the propagation of any religious doctrine or belief among Muslims.

Apa Kecoh-Kecoh pointed out that Ngeh had forgotten the Article 160 (2) of the Federal Constitution that says that a Malay must be a Muslim, habitually speaks the Malay language, and adheres to Malay customs.

I am a Muslim and it is very sad to see how a non-Muslim leader dares to talk about Islam as if he has the authority to do so.

What will PAS say about Ngeh’s and Nurul Izzah’s statements?
