Azwan Bro A Liability To UMNO?

1 12 2014

UMNO leaders recognise the important role taken by the Malay/Muslim NGOs in strengthening the faith of the Muslims who are the core voters of UMNO.

During the opening speech of the of the assemblies of UMNO’s Wanita, Pemuda and Puteri wings, UMNO’s Deputy President said:

– Tan Sri Muhyiddin.

But unlike his UMNO bosses, UMNO Youth Vice Chief, Khairul Azwan or better known as Azwan Bro, seems to be really angry at the Malay NGOs that he made two statements against them; first, before the Perhimpunan Agung UMNO 2014, and again, during the Perhimpunan Agung UMNO.

In his first statement Azwan Bro told the senior UMNO leaders to share his sentiment towards the right-wing NGOs and in his second statement, he made a harsh and uncalled statement towards those NGOs, even calling them, “radical”.

– Azwan Bro/Utusan.

I guess he made the second statement to answer Tan Sri Muhyiddin’s statement about the weakness of Pemuda UMNO and to justify that they are the ones who are fighting for the Malays and Islam.

– Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Azwan Bro must either:

  1. Did not understand the statement made by his boss, or …

  2. He decided to use the NGOs as the black sheep to cover his own weaknesses.

Either way, Azwan Bro’s statements are really unwise and stupid because:

  1. It is too bad if he does not understand Tan Sri Muhyiddin’s statement, because the statement is so direct.

  2. It is a bad idea to use the right-wing NGOs as the black sheep when those NGOs are the ones who helped UMNO so it is no use to put the blame on them.

  3. Does he understand that UMNO is a right-wing party that fights for “agama, bangsa dan tanah air” as the right-wing NGOs?

  4. Fighting against those NGOs means fighting against those who helped and voted for UMNO in the last General Election, and UMNO cannot afford to lose their votes.

  5. That kind of arrogant statement will make those who may vote UMNO hate UMNO.

  6. Being liberal is against UMNO’s constitution.

  7. The liberals will not vote for UMNO.

  8. Is it unwise to unnecessarily turning your supporters and allies into enemies when you really their help.

Instead of blaming others he must work harder and not only busy promoting the ‘#lifestyle’ that does not even shows the values of Muslim’s characters when the core voters of UMNO are the Malays.

It is very narrow-minded to think that being liberal, promoting the ‘#lifestyle’ and making enemies with the right-wing NGOs can bring more votes from the younger generation to UMNO because those who are liberals will not vote for UMNO but will vote for the left-wing and liberal parties.

I guess Azwan Bro must stop making those kind of silly statements because it is against the UMNO’s constitution to be liberal and it will only bring hatred to UMNO, like ‘shoot yourself in the foot’.

Please stop being a liability to UMNO.

UNTUK PERHATIAN : EDITOR BERITA
13 MEI 2013/3 REJAB 1434H

Saudara/Saudaraku semua salam perjuangan, salam kegemilangan dan salam sejahtera

PRU13 telahpun sempurna, tanggungjawab selaku pemilih kerajaan telahpun kita laksanakan.

Apakah matlamat sebenar DAP.

Sekian

Terima kasihIMG-20130514-WA0001

PPMM’s NGI Round Table Discussion On UPR Human Rights Council 2013

23 01 2013
Uncle Azril Mohd. Amin (L) and I at the Auditorium Utama, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa.

Uncle Azril Mohd. Amin (L) and I (R) during the Forum Islam Dan Cabaran Semasa – Polemik Isu Kalimah Allah at the Auditorium Utama, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa.

I was very proud and honoured when the vice-president of Persatuan Peguam Muslim Malaysia (PPMM), Uncle Azril Mohd Amin invited us to a round table meeting organised by PPMM at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel yesterday.

It was a closed discussion and lots of lawyers were there as well as some Islamic NGOs or  NGIs activists.

My siblings and I were the only kids and teens whom were invited to that important discussion.

It was a great experience but I am sad because I don’t really understand what Uncle Azril said in his speech as he was speaking  in Malay language, using difficult words.

And I can’t even read words on the English written slide show for I forgot to wear my glasses.

But fortunately Uncle Azril, my parents and my big sisters helped me to understand more about the it later on.

What was discussed was about the demands made by the Coalition of Malaysian NGOs in the Universal Periodic Review Process (COMANGO) and also about the treaty made by the United Nations regarding LGBT which Malaysia haven’t sign because Malaysia is an Islamic country.

I was shocked when I read the demands made by COMANGO.

I think that most of the demands are unfair and bias because lots of them are against the human rights of most Malaysian and also against our Federal Constitution.

Furthermore a lot of important NGOs are not part of COMANGO, so COMANGO does not represend the voice of the majority of Malaysian.

Is it fair to force a sovereign country to change parts of its Federal Constitution and to go against the human rights of the majority of its citizens or robbing their human rights; just to a make small group of people happy?

How about my human rights if their demands were accepted; because some of their demands are against my human rights.

As a citizen, I also want my human rights to be protected even though I am just a kid and I do not want my human rights to be robbed by others who fight for their own agendas.

The United Nations must understand that every country is unique and the values and the needs of its citizens is different from others so nobody must be forced to accept a universal value as the only standard of human rights.

If Malaysian eat rice, nobody must force us to eat bread instead of rice; so if Malaysia do not accept or recognise certain values, nobody must rob our rights by forcing Malaysia to accept the values.

I want to thank Uncle Azril for inviting me to the discussion because it was an important discussion about an interesting topic about Human Rights, and I learned a lot of thing from it.

The Wedding Of Dr. Ishak Mas’ud’s Son

18 09 2012

On Sept 16, 2012 I went to the German Malaysian Institute to attend the wedding celebration of Uncle Dr. Ishak Mas’ud’s and Aunty Wadi’s son.

The groom’s name is Muhammad Hafeez and the bride’s name is Nurul Iffah.

Over there I met my pediatrician, Uncle Dr. Khairul, his wife and Uncle Raja Ahmad Aminullah.

Dr Khairul used to work at the Al-iSLAM Specialist Hospital (AISH) in Kampung Baru.

From left is me, my father, Kashah and Dr. Khairul (R) at the German Malaysian Institute.

I also met Uncle Raja Ahmad Aminullah at the wedding.

I only ate the sweet watermelon and grapes and drank the tasty orange juice because I was too full after eating the roast lamb at Uncle Datuk Paduka Prof.  Mohamad Abu Bakar’s open house and another plate of lamb, a bowl of cendol and ice-cream at ISMA’s open house.

We met a lot of AISH’s staffs at the wedding and we also met Aunty Sham.

At ISMA’s open house, I met Uncle Aminuddin Yahya,  Uncle Ustaz Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman, Uncle Dr. Yusri Mohammad and a lot of other NGOs leaders and members.

Uncle Aminuddin Yahya is also the president of PEMBELA.

Uncle Aminuddin Yahya (L) and me at ISMA’s open house.
