An Exciting Day

Sunday, August 2, 2012 was a very exciting day.

First I attended Uncle Datuk Kamaruddin Mohd Nor’s open house.

I was taking to Uncle  Kamaruddin (L) some political questions.

Uncle Kamaruddin is a politician, he used to be the Pasir Puteh’s assemblyman.

Over there I met Uncle Datuk Rameli Musa and his wife.

My photo with Uncle Rameli Musa (R) and his wife at Uncle Kamaruddin’s house.

I ate very tasty roti jala with curry and my parents said that the nasi dagang Terengganu that was cooked by Uncle Kamaruddin’s daughter, Kak Sumayyah was very, very, very good.

I asked Uncle Kamaruddin about the Janji Bersih’s new flag issue.

He explained that we must love and be proud of our flag and should not change our flag.

We have to understand that there are things that we could change but there are things we should not.

The Americans do not change their flag every time the Democrats or Republicans wins the election; and people of the United Kingdom do not change their Union Jack even if who ever wins the election.

I think that Uncle Kamaruddin is a very good and wise man who loves his country.

I asked him if he will become a candidate in the 13th General Election, he teased me saying that he will if I want him to do so 🙂

Next I went to Uncle Mohd Annuar Salleh’s son’s wedding at Dewan Perdana Keramat.

I (L) and Uncle Mohd Annuar Salleh (R).

I only ate two slices of  sweet water melon because I was too full after eating lots of delicious food at Uncle Kamaruddin’s house.

I met Uncle Nasir Zihni, Uncle Raja Ahmad Aminullah, Uncle Sidek Baba, Uncle Aslam and lots more.

Me (L), Uncle Zih (C) and Uncle Halim (R).

I asked Uncle Sidek Baba questions about politics.

He explained that politicians must do lots of things for the people and the country and take care of the country.

He invited me to his house so that we can have longer discussions 🙂
