At Least Four Dead In Milwaukee Mass Shooting

There was another mass shooting in the United States on October 21, 2012.

In the incident, a man killed three people and injured four others before killing himself.

Police said that the shooting occurred at the Azana Spa across the street from the Brookfield Square Mall at approximately 11:15 a.m. local time.

The suspect was identified as a 45-year-old Radcliffe Haughton of Brown Deer, Wisconsin.

At a news conference, Brookfield Police Chief Daniel Tushaus said that, “We believe this incident was domestic violence-related.”

I am very sad and sorry for the victims, their families and friends.

This is the second mass killing at a U.S. beauty spa in just a few days.

There was another mass killing on Thursday October 18, 2012 killing 3 people at a salon in suburban Orlando, Florida.

And there were lots of other mass killings in the United States.

This is a violent act.

And that is why we should not watch too much violent movies, listen to music that promotes violence such as ‘white power music’ or playing violent games on the computer and play station.

This also happens because U.S. gives their people freedom to own guns.

As I said in my older post, ’12 killed and 59 wounded at ‘Batman’ Premiere In Colorado’, people must not hurt others only because they are angry and just feel like doing so.

Some people say that they have the rights and freedom to do whatever they want but sometimes they got carried away and hurt others.

I don’t understand why do people need total freedom.

Of course we need some freedom but why do they need total freedom?

Mass Killing at Sikh Temple, USA

On Sunday, August 4, 2012 there was another mass shooting in the United States.

The shooter, Wade Micheal Page was shot dead by the police.

The tragedy happened at a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, south of Milwaukee.

6 people were killed in the incident and four others were injured.

It was reported that this happened because the shooter is a white supremacists.

Page played guitar and sang for white power bands like End Apathy and Definite Hate.

He sang about getting rid of the enemies of the white race and through his Internet postings, he told others to do the same.

Violence and hate is part of the culture of ‘white power music’ and these people hate the coloured and the black people.

Because of human rights and freedom, ‘white power music’ that spread violence and hate is allowed.

So, too much freedom and human rights are not always good.

And this is why we must not watch or listen to anything that has violence because we may get influence to do bad things.

I guess the United States should not let people buy gun freely.

12 killed and 59 wounded at ‘Batman’ Premiere In Colorado

Early on Friday July 20, 2012, there was another mass shooting in the United States.

This time 12 people were killed and 59 people were injured including children in a mass shooting at the ‘Batman – The Dark Knight Rises’ premiere at a mall in Aurora, Colorado.

The suspect’s name is James Eagan Holmes who is 24 years old.

He was armed with an assault rifle, a shotgun and a pistol.

Dressed in black with a gas mask, ballistic helmet, vest, throat guard and crotch guard, he told the police that he was Batman’s enemy, the Joker.

REUTERS reported that police said Holmes also booby-trapped his Aurora apartment with what appeared to be sophisticated explosives, creating a potential hazard for law-enforcement and bomb squad officers who swarmed to the scene and authorities evacuated five nearby buildings and created a perimeter of several blocks as they planned to detonate the suspected explosives with a robot.

I am very sad and sorry for the victims, their families and friends.

People especially children should not watch or read violent stories because they might be influenced to commit violent actions.

Even when the story shows the hero fighting against violent enemies like Batman and other superhero, some people are influenced by the nemesis who uses violence to hurt others.

And the problem will be worse in countries where owning guns are legal because people can use the guns to hurt others and also for mass shootings.

It is a disaster when people hurt others just because they feel like doing it.

I came across some interesting photos of Srebrenica in Bosnia showing the town after the Bosnian War and the town in 2012.

The old photos were taken just a few years after the war showing buildings destroyed during the war while the new photos were taken 17 years after the war.

The Bosnian War took place between April 1992 and December 1995 in Bosnia and Herzegovnia after the breakup of Yugoslavia.

In July 1995, the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS) killed more than 8,000 Bosniaks or Bosnian Muslims mostly men and boys in Sresrenica.

The mass killing was known as the Srebrenica massacre or the Srebrenica genocide.
