Meeting Indiana Jones Again

On October 10, 2012, we fetched our Australian friend, Rupert Mann from the Islamic Arts Museum.

Like Indiana Jones, Rupert is an archaeologist and wears a hat too.

I wore the hat that he gave me during his last trip to Malaysia in February 2012, and I was very happy because he wore the same hat too 🙂

It was really fun talking to him again after 8 months since we last met.

He gave us lots of beautiful stamps from all around the world.

We were looking at the beautiful stamps.

He flew to Kuala Lumpur on his way to Kathmandu, Nepal for a hiking trip.

We went to a frozen yoghurt shop, Tutti Frutti which served very tasty frozen yogurt with all kinds of toppings.

I really enjoyed talking to Rupert and he is really fun to be with.

Everybody in my family really like Rupert because he is a wonderful and nice friend.

Rupert is very polite and very wise too.

I gave him the book that I wrote, titled, ‘The Calovinia’ and I hope that he’ll enjoy the book.

I love meeting him and I really hope to meet him again soon.

Meeting Indiana Jones

On 12th February, 2012 I met the new Indiana Jones!

The new Indiana Jones and me at the KLIA. We are wearing a similar hat!

His name is Rupert Mann.

He is an archeologist just like Dr. Jones and wears a hat too.

An archeologist is a person who dig underground and search for artifacts.

He is a very tall man and he lives in Melbourne, Australia.

This is the first time I meet a real archeologist.

It is very interesting to hear about the things that they found underground.

I think that the new Indiana Jones is as fun as Dr. Jones that we watch on TV.

Before leaving Malaysia, he gave me an Indiana Jones hat, just like the one that he wears.

I'm wearing my new Indiana Jones hat.

I am very happy because I really wish to have my own hat.

I love meeting Indiana Jones and I hope to meet him again soon.

My 9th Birthday

February 13, 2012 was my 9th birthday.

Anyway on February 11, my father made a surprise and gave me the first birthday present – a gamepad!

We celebrated my birthday on February 12 because my father was going outstation on February 13.

On February 13, I celebrated my birthday again with my mother and my big sisters 🙂 🙂 😉

I got lots of presents from my family 🙂

I received a very old Great Britain Seahorse Stamp and a Penny Red from my mother, a very big stamp album from my father with some sports stamps and another album from my mother.

The top three rows are the stamps given to me by Kashah. The stamps on the bottom row were given to me by my mother. On the left is the Great Britain Penny Red and on the right is the 'Seahorse'. Please click for a bigger image.

My big sister Kaman gave me a Chuggington Wilson and a green whiteboard marker while my big sister Kashah gave me  a storybook, a folder with some stamps and a Japanese Dictionary.

I also received a fancy scissors set (those that can cut in zig-zags and other fancy designs), some stamps and a notebook  from my big sister Kafah.

My mother also gave me a bottle of cologne, a Chuggington Brewster, 2 new Malaysian 20 sens coins, a file and lots and lots of stamps including some real 3D stamps.

The 3D stamps from my mother but we have to look at the real stamps to see the 3D effect.

I also received a badminton racket, shoes and sandals.

And yesterday, the new Indiana Jones, Mr. Rupert Mann gave me an Indiana Jones hat and his friend Thomas gave me some mint Australian stamps!

I am wearing my new Indiana Jones hat given to me by the new Indiana Jones, Rupert Mann.

I think this is my best birthday ever because I received so many cool presents since February 11 until February 15, 2012 and there were so many wonderful surprises too!
