I am very sad because I could not go to the Palace of Justice for today’s hearing of the “Allah” issue since my father is very, very busy.

I was at the court on August 23, 2013 for the previous hearing.

Anyway I followed the hearing from the internet and my father’s good friend sent us up to date news from the court.

Keputusan Perbicaraan Penggunaan Nama Allah

Perbicaraan kes penggunan nama Allah pada hari ini telah selesai.

Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan memutuskan untuk menangguhkan keputusan perbicaraan hari ini ke satu tarikh yang akan diberitahu kelak, seawalnya pada bulan Oktober.

Keputusan itu diambil oleh tiga panel hakim yang diketuai Datuk Seri Mohamed Apandi Ali yang bersidang bersama Datuk Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim dan Datuk Mohamad Zawawi Salleh yang mendengar rayuan pihak kerajaan hari ini.

“Keputusan tidak akan masa mengambil kira keprihatanan rakyat terhadap isu ini. Keputusan dijangka diumum seawalnya pada Oktober,” kata Mohamed Apandi sebaik mendengar hujah pihak kerajaan dan Herald.

In Photos: At Malaysian Court of Appeal, Where Are PAS’s Leaders?

Yesterday morning, I was at the Palace of Justice court complex in Putrajaya during the hearing of the “Allah” issue. 

Anyway I have to leave the court before lunch time as my father had recording appointments with TV AlHijrah and after that with Mob TV.

I was so excited to be there, especially this is my first visit to the Palace of Justice court complex. 

But where are the PAS’s leaders who claim themselves as fighters of Islam and more Islamic than others?

Or would they tell us that Uncle Nasha was there on their behalf?

Malaysian Court of Appeal Dismissed Church Application On Allah Issue

I was at the Palace of Justice court complex this morning for the hearing of the “Allah” issue but had to leave early because my father has other important appointments after lunch.

And just now, the Malaysian Court of Appeal rules that the church application to strike out the government’s appeal against a High Court ruling that allowed a Catholic weekly newspaper Herald to use the word “Allah” is dismissed. 

Substantive appeal will be held on September 10, 2013.

The three-person panel lead by Justice Abu Samah Nordin, and including Justices Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim and Rohana Yusuf, were hearing submissions by the Church, Government and the Islamic religious councils from the states of Terengganu, Selangor, Kedah, Johor, Wilayah Persekutuan and Malacca, which were made intervener in the suit.

GE13:Should BN Politicians Who Are Not Chosen As Candidates Support PR?

Barisan Nasional’s leader, Yang Amat Berhormat Dato’ Sri Mohammad Najib Bin Tun Abdul Razak has announced the BN’s candidates for the coming 13th General Election.

I’m sure that the chosen ones are happy to have been chosen but I’m not sure if all of the BN’s politicians who are not chosen as candidates are happy for their teammates and will still work hard for the party during the campaign period.

It is a pity that when this happens, there are politicians who had not been nominated as candidates will sabotage their teammates and even vote for the oppositions as a revenge.

That is indeed a very bad thing to do and they will not gain anything by doing so.

Imagine what will they feel if others do that to them later and what will happen if the oppositions win the election.

And when that happened, sometimes BN lost in the election as in some cases during the 12th General Election.

But some politicians are very selfish and only think about themselves; not their party, the people or their country.

Before the nomination day, they told people that the oppositions will destroy the country and when they are not chosen, some will talk bad things about BN, sabotage their teammates or campaign for the oppositions or even join the oppositions parties together with their supporters.

Of course they must be sad because they feel that they have worked very hard and done very well and deserved to be nominated as a candidate but adults always tell children like me, we cannot always get what we wanted.

As I wrote earlier, revenge won’t bring any good to the party and politicians must be faithful to their party if they think that their party is the best to lead the country.

My advice to those politicians is to work hard for BN as if they were the candidate themselves to make sure that BN wins in the coming general election.

Maybe in the next general election, they will be chosen as candidates and the candidates whom they helped before, will campaign and vote for them.

As the idiom says, ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed’.

Sometimes I wanted something from my mother and she promised to give it to me the next day but something happened and I only receive them months later.

I was sad and sometimes I complained and I cried but my mother keeps on telling me that but Allah knows better what is the best for me; and for the same reason Allah knows best why things happened the way they happened.

Maybe there will be certain problems that will happen that the other person cannot face or solve but the nominated politicians could.

We should be thankful to all the things that Allah gave us and understand that Allah is always watching us.

It is good enough to be a politician and be able to work for the country; in fact one can still help others even if one is not in power.

After all we cannot get everything in this world just for us alone; so please be an honest and responsible politician.

Stop doing silly things and stop behaving like little children, remember, there’s no fool like an old fool.

That is why we should not vote PAKATAN RAKYAT!

Vote for BARISAN NASIONAL!

PAS CDs Could Guaranteed You To Heaven?

Please click the photo for a larger image. The letter with the’Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu Banda Raya Islam’s letterhead. Does this letter really comes from them?

Is it true that the Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu Bandar Raya Islam wrote letters as above to supermarkets in its area?

If so, I am very sad because it can confused the people.

The letter stated that the supermakets must play PAS’s CDs  half an hour before Zuhur, ‘Asr, Maghrib and Isyak prayers daily and that:

“Mendengar CD PAS sahaja akan menjamin tuan masuk syurga.”

The above statement means that if you only listen to PAS’s CDs, you are guaranteed to go to heaven.

Could listening to PAS’s CDs guaranteed you to go to heaven?

Since PAS claims that they are an Islamic party, as a Muslim I don’t think that by just listening to PAS’s CDs can guaranteed us to go to heaven.

How about praying five times a day, fasting and all our other responsibilities to Allah?

And how about the Muslims in other places who have never ever heard of PAS?

Do they need to come to Malaysia for the CDs and learn Malay language as the CDs are in Malay?

And the above letter also said that only Tok Guru Nik Aziz’s and Ustaz Azhar Idrus’s CDs are the ones that must be played.

So to be guaranteed a place in heaven, Muslims from all over the world must learn the Kelantanese and Terengganu dialects because Nik Aziz speaks in Kelantanese dialect while Ustaz Azhar speaks in Terengganu dialect (which are so different from the standard Malay language) to be able to understand what they are saying?

To go to heaven, Muslims must obey Allah and Prophet Muhammad and not Tok Guru Nik Aziz, Ustaz Azhar Idrus or other PAS leaders.

PAS is only a political party and it is wrong and un-Islamic to use Islam for their own political gains.

If Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu really wrote the above letter, it proves that they do not understand the real Islam.

If PAS’s CDs can guaranteed their listeners to go to heaven, it must be the PAS’s own-made heaven;  which I do not wish to learn more about.

If anybody believes that one is guarenteed to go to heaven by listening only to PAS’s CDs, then they are really confused – please click here.

Ustaz Azhar Idrus: “Islam Dan Kristian Bertuhankan Allah?”

Is this really written by Ustaz Azhar Idrus? Screenshot from Paneh Miang.

I do not really understand the above conversation but I was shocked to read the part written by Ustaz Azhar Idrus saying:

“Islam dan Kristian bertuhankan Allah…Isa adalah Nabi umat Kristian dan Nabi umat Islam..”

When Ustaz Azhar wrote that both Islam and Christian worship Allah; does he mean that both  Islam and Christian share the same god that is Allah?

That statement is totally wrong and it is an example of Pluralism of Religion.

Christian’s god is not Allah; Muslims and Christian do not share the same god.

Is Ustaz Azhar confused because Lim Guan Eng suggested the Christians to use the word “Allah” in the Malay version of bible to refer to the Christian’s god or gods? (Please read: PAS Says, “Yes” For The Word “Allah” In The Malay Version Bible)

Ustaz Azhar always says that UMNO is really bad because UMNO do not fight for Islam and Muslims must not vote for UMNO. (Pease read: Ustaz Azhar Idrus, A PAS Candidate for PRU 13?)

So now if this screenshot is real, who are the better Muslims?

That is why the Christians in Malaysia are not allowed to call their god Allah as what the Pakatan Rakyat wanted because some people may get confused. (Please watch: Video: Naser Disa Polemik Isu Kalimah Allah)

Or does he really believe that both Islam and Christian worship Allah?

What will PAS leaders say about this as Ustaz Azhar is PAS’s favourite religious speaker?

Can we trust PAS and Pakatan Rakyat to take care of our country?

Selangor’s MB Must Obey The Sultan Or Resign – Naser Disa

Yesterday I attended the Forum Islam Dan Cabaran Semasa – Polemik Isu Kalimah Allah at the Auditorium Utama, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa.

I  think Uncle Naser Disa’s speech was the most interesting because as a lawyer he always explains issues according to the Federal Constitution of Malaysia.

Uncle Naser said that according to the Federal Constitution, all politicians and all Malaysians must obey the decisions and the decrees made by the Sultans or the royal leaders of Malaysia on the ‘kalimah Allah’ issue.

However, the opposition parties, Pakatan Rakyat challenged the decree made by the Sultans that prohibited the word Allah from being used by non-Muslim to refer to their gods.

Uncle Naser went on saying that if the politicians failed to respect the Sultans’ decree on this matter, their nominations as the candidates in the coming general election should not be accepted because according to Section 298A of the Penal Code what they did is against the law.

And the Selangor’s Menteri Besar or the Chief Minister of Selangor and his excos should resign from their posts if they still cannot obey the supreme leader of Selangor, the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj.

As I wrote in, ‘PAS Says, “Yes” For The Word “Allah” In The Malay Version Bible‘, I think that the opposition parties do not understand Article 3(1) and 11(4) of the Federal Constitution, so Uncle Naser Disa is right; those who fail to understand and respect the law and the Federal Constitution should not be accepted as our leaders.
