The Wedding Of Dr. Ishak Mas’ud’s Son

On Sept 16, 2012 I went to the German Malaysian Institute to attend the wedding celebration of Uncle Dr. Ishak Mas’ud’s and Aunty Wadi’s son.

The groom’s name is Muhammad Hafeez and the bride’s name is Nurul Iffah.

Over there I met my pediatrician, Uncle Dr. Khairul, his wife and Uncle Raja Ahmad Aminullah.

Dr Khairul used to work at the Al-iSLAM Specialist Hospital (AISH) in Kampung Baru.

From left is me, my father, Kashah and Dr. Khairul (R) at the German Malaysian Institute.
I also met Uncle Raja Ahmad Aminullah at the wedding.

I only ate the sweet watermelon and grapes and drank the tasty orange juice because I was too full after eating the roast lamb at Uncle Datuk Paduka Prof.  Mohamad Abu Bakar’s open house and another plate of lamb, a bowl of cendol and ice-cream at ISMA’s open house.

We met a lot of AISH’s staffs at the wedding and we also met Aunty Sham.

At ISMA’s open house, I met Uncle Aminuddin Yahya,  Uncle Ustaz Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman, Uncle Dr. Yusri Mohammad and a lot of other NGOs leaders and members.

Uncle Aminuddin Yahya is also the president of PEMBELA.

Looking for the best and original bubur lambuk(please click here) in Kuala Lumpur?

Yesterday my family and I went to Kampung Baru to buy Aunty Sham’s bubur lambuk(please click here) for iftar.

Aunty Sham’s stall is in the red square.

Aunty Sham’s bubur lambuk Kampung Baru is very, very, very delicious.

A steaming hot bubur lambuk in a huge pot.

And Aunty Sham’s bubur lambuk is the best bubur lambuk in Kampung Baru.

Cooking bubur lambuk is a very, very, very hard work.

We need to always stir the bubur lambuk so that it won’t get burnt at the bottom part of the pot.

Aunty Sham stirring her bubur lambuk. This row of huge pots of bubur lambuk are sold out very fast.

This is the first time I stir food in a huge pot.

It was very, very, very, very, very, very hot at the time I stir the bubur lambuk.

Aunty Sham let me try stirring the bubur lambuk.

It takes a very long time for the bubur lambuk to be cooked.

Thank you Aunty Sham, for cooking my favourite Ramadhan dish

This pot of bubur lambuk is ready to be packed.
Each pack of bubur lambuk is sold at RM2.00.

Aunty Sham had been selling her bubur lambuk every Ramadhan for years and years at the same place across the Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru and in front of the Al Islam Specialist Hospital‘s new building.

In fact, Aunty Sham’s bubur lambuk is already popular even before I was born at the Al Islam Specialist Hospital or Kampung Baru Medical Centre 🙂

A Visit to Al-iSLAM Specialist Hospital (AiSH)

The day before yesterday I went to the Al-iSLAM Specialist Hospital (AISH) to see Dr. Khairul.

Dr. Khairul is a pediatrician.

Last time the hospital was known as Kampung Baru Medical Centre (KBMC).

Dr. Khairul give me two jabs so that I won’t fall sick.

The jabs made me surprised and they were very painful.

Anyway I did not cry because I am a big boy.

When I went home I took some Panadol Child.

That night I can’t sit up properly during my Hadith class because it was still very painful.

But now it is not painful anymore.

I think I do not want to get jabs anymore 😀

This is the “Thank you” note to Dr. Khairul when I was admitted together with my sister Kashah for a week at KBMC when I was less than two years old. It is now pasted on the wall in his clinic.

KBMC-thanks note

I Had A High Fever

Last night I had a high fever.

I also have a cold and cough.

I was very tired but I cannot sleep.

My mother put wet towel on my body so that I feel better.

This morning I cannot open my eyes because they were swollen.

My lips are swollen too.

I look so different and I don’t like it.

I went to see Dr Khairul at Al-iSLAM Specialist Hospital.

It was also known as Kampung Baru Medical Centre.

Dr Khairul did some tests and gave me some medicine.

Now I still feel tired.

I must eat my medicine and rest a lot.

I want to get better and look like myself again.

I have to tell my father to tell my hadith ustaz to doa and make me a special water to drink.

Please doa so that I’ll get better.
