The above gigantic scoop of 1365kg strawberry flavoured ice-cream broke the Guinness World Records record of the biggest ice-cream scoop.

Kemps Dairy unveiled the record breaking scoop at the Cedarburg Strawberry Festival in Wisconsin, USA to celebrate their 100th anniversary.

It took five nationally-ranked snow sculptors from Minnesota Big Snow to create the incredible ice-cream on June 28.

The ice-cream was later served to visitors at the festival.
