My Lost Kite The smooth, hot sand, Soft, under my feet, Fresh prawns and crabs, So tasty, for me to eat. I strolled all around, The white, sandy beach, I saw my lost kite, Up the tree where I can’t reach. I wonder, how could I, Get back my kite, Then the wind blew it down, And I caught it with delight.
