On Sunday, I went to Kampung Baru to check if Aunty Sham sells her tasty Bubur Lambuk.
And she did!

Aunty Sham’s Bubur Lambuk Kampung Baru is cooked using the original recipe like the famous Bubur Lambuk from the Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru.

Please click the above image to get a clearer picture of the location of Aunty Sham’s stall.
Aunty Sham’s Bubur Lambuk Kampung Baru is very, very, very delicious and the best in Kampung Baru.

Cooking Bubur Lambuk in those huge pots is a very, very, very hard work.
We need to always stir the Bubur Lambuk so that it won’t get burnt at the bottom part of the pot.
One needs to be very patient to cook the Bubur Lambuk because it gets really hot especially during the hot day and one can feel very thirsty.
The delicious aromas of the spices can make you very hungry too 🙂
And it takes a very long time for a huge pot of delicious Bubur Lambuk to be cooked.
Normally Aunty Sham’s first huge pot of Bubur Lambuk is ready by 12 noon.

Nice 🙂
I have some menu for iftar ( open eat for ramadhan )

Dear Tedi,
Thank you for the links. The drinks look so good 🙂 My family and I like Es Teler very much. My mother knows how to make avocado juice and all of us love them. Anyway avocados are very expensive in Malaysia because they are imported but my mother says that they are not expensive in Indonesia because avocados grows well in Indonesia. I’ll ask my mother to make me the Es Krim Puding, my mother understands the Indonesian Language but I can’t 🙂
