Before and After Earthquake in Haiti Pictures. Before After Before After Before After Above are pictures of some buildings in Port-au-Prince before and after the 7.0 earthquake. The earthquake destroyed most buildings in Port-au-Prince. Thousands and thousands of people were killed. The whole city is almost gone. It is worse than what I thought when I first read the news on CNN. It is a really big disaster. I feel very, very sad for the people in Haiti.
