Parts of Selangor were flooded because of heavy rains yesterday.
There were flash floods in Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam.
In Shah Alam, a 4 hours rain caused a flash flood along Jalan Persiaran Sukan around Bulatan Stadium.
In Sepang a few places were flooded especially around Dengkil where around 1000 people were evacuated.

Our Nasheed Performance On You Tube-Part 2
9 01 2010This is the second song we sang during our nasheed performance at the Masjid Sultan Salehuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam.
Our first song was ‘Khalifah Of Allah’.
Our third song was ‘Alhamdulillah’ and then we sang ‘Khalifah Of Allah’ song again.
Anyway it is noisy because of the sound of the blower of the “air stage’.
The stage’s roof needs the blower to blow in air because it is like a big, big balloon.
My father promised me to try to upload a better video with a better sound and a better quality picture soon.
The name of this song is ‘Animals Love to Hear Quran’.
Please click here to watch the ‘Our Nasheed Performance On You Tube-Part 1‘.
I’ll post the third part of the performance video soon.
I love to perform on stage
By the way, I made the sound of a bird at the end of the song.

Performing Nasheed At Shah Alam
20 12 2009Yesterday my sisters and I performed nasheed at the Maal Hijrah 1431 Carnival in Shah Alam.
First we sang the ‘Khalifah Song’.
Second we sang ‘Animals Love To Hear Quran’.
Third we sang ‘Alhamdulillah’.
And last we sang the ‘Khalifah Song’ again.
“Animals Love To Hear Quran’ and ‘Alhamdulillah’ were written by Dawud Wharnsby Ali.
It was raining very heavily and we have to wait for the lightnings to stop before going on stage.
It was fun to perform on stage.
The carnival was organised by the Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor(JAIS) together with MUAFAKAT (my father’s NGO).
It was held at the Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah or Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque in Shah Alam.
Shah Alam is the capital of Selangor.
I hope that there will be more chances for us to perform next time
My father will upload the performance on the YouTube soon.

Uncle Ali was my father’s schoolmate.
My father’s school was Sultan Sulaiman Secondary School.
Next we went to Uncle Amrahi’s house in Keramat.
I ate satay, custard and nata de coco.
They are very tasty.
I love custard very much.
Uncle Amrahi is the vice president of Silat Cekak Hanafi.
I met a lot of Silat Cekak Hanafi’s members and instructors.
After Uncle Amrahi’s house I went to a wedding celebration in Gombak.
I was too full so I only ate a piece of watermelon.
