Today I went to DUNKIN’DONUTS.

There are many kinds of donuts at DUNKIN’DONUTS.

I like Happy the most because it is so sweet and cute

It has chicken, cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomato.

I am very happy because I also get some nice stickers from DUNKIN’ DONUTS.

Anyway DUNKIN’ DONUTS is not very healthy because the donuts have a bit of trans-fat.

Chili Con Carne

I am eating chili with bread and butter

Last night I ate Chili Con Carne for dinner.

Chilli Con Carne is a Mexican food.

It tastes sweet, sour and hot.

I like it very much because it is very tasty and healthy.

It has beef, spices, beans, tomatoes, onion and lots of other vegetables.

But I don’t like the beans.

I ate Chili Con Carne with French loaf and butter.

I think my mother cooks the best Chili Con Carne.

Fifi and The Flower Tots

I like to watch Fifi and The Flower Tots.

Fifi has an organic garden.

Fifi does not use chemicals in her garden.

Bumble is Fifi’s best friend.

Bumble likes to make sweet honey.

Fifi’s other friends are Violet, Primrose, Pip, Aunt Tulip, Grubby, Stingo, Slugsy and Webby.

Fifi has a car named Mo.

Mo uses compost as fuel.

Fifi makes compost from old leaves and fruits peel.

So it is good for the environment.

We also have an organic garden and my father makes compost like Fifi.

Compost helps the plants to grow.

I think the oil for the cars makes our Earth dirty and not healthy.

Organic food are healthy food.

Ribena

Ribena is a drink.

It is made from black currant.

Ribena has lots of vitamin C.

Ribena is a healthy drink.

It has no colouring.

The red colour comes only from the black currant.

I drink Ribena everyday.

I like to drink Ribena because it is very tasty.

Goldfish

My grandmother's goldfish

Goldfish is a fish. My grandmother has goldfish. I like to eat goldfish but I don’t eat my grandmother’s goldfish. I only eat my goldfish cracker. A cracker is like a cookie.

Goldfish cracker is very tasty. When I eat goldfish cracker, I say mmmmmmmmmmm… My goldfish cracker is a healthy food because it has real cheese. My mother says my goldfish crackers don’t have trans-fat. My mother teaches me that trans-fat is bad because it can make us sick. It is good because I can read so I can read the box before eating.

It says here that it has no trans-fat.
