3 People Killed In Pittsburgh Flash Flood

A pair of storms hit Pittsburgh on Friday and caused a flash flood in the late afternoon.

Three people were killed when they were trapped in their car.

One person is missing and presumed dead.

The flash flood submerged several vehicles on Washington Boulevard in the city’s Washington Boulevard neighborhood.

The water rose very fast and the vehicles floated in the water.

People were rescued from the top of their cars.
