I only make ikang singgang tengiri…ppala tenggiri. More delicious and the meat is softer. The eyes tastes better.

I also put bendi (lady’s finger) in it to add color. I also add in fresh red chillies. I have written my version of singgang recipe in your Kaman’s blog, a long time ago…

Dear Aunty Emy,

I don’t know how to cook ikang singgang. I only eat ikang singgang. I will tell my mother to teach me how to cook ikang singgang.

Ikang singgang could also be mixed with ppoyok (tempoyak) or even fresh durian and tenyeh (break) chili padi (lada jarum) in it. This is probably unsuitable for small people like you…

Dear Kafah,
Ikan Singgang is really good. Sometimes if I lost my appetite, I’ll ask my mother to cook them for me.
